The product shipped in the product box. The box was pretty beat up by the time it got here, but luckily the stuff inside was safe. I like this product. It's easy to use, and get's the job done. It doesn't exactly clean carpets though. It does however sanitize them. It gets pretty much anything off your linoleum, tiles, and wood
